A NEW LOOK AT SPF
I think we are all aware of the advantages of wearing daily SPF, from both a health, and aesthetic perspective, although some of you still only slap on the sunscreen when the big ball of fire in the sky is full throttle. Even on the cloudiest of days the UV index rating would surprise you, meaning those pesky, wrinkle causing, UVA rays are still attacking us, undoing all our hard work.
While the skin is so busy firefighting the destructive rays and free radicals, it’s got less time and energy to deal with the more day to day stuff. Helping the skin along by having your super shield of SPF, keeps skin generally calmer and much happier, and more able to deal with the small stuff. A true sensitive or reactive skin would especially benefit from not having to cope with nasty UVA effects, allowing it to chill the hell out!
